Privacy policy
This policy explains how Morton Mullaly Advisory collects, uses and protects personal information that you give us through this website. "We", "us" and "our" mean C.E Morton and M Mullaly trading as Morton Mullaly Advisory, based in Melbourne, Australia.
What we collect
When you complete the enquiry form, we collect:
- your name, email address and phone number, and
- whether you run an existing training business or are looking to start one.
We do not ask for sensitive information through the website, and we ask that you do not include any in your enquiry.
Why we collect it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, to arrange a conversation about how we might work together, and to keep a record of that conversation. We will not use your details for anything unrelated without asking you first.
Who can see it
Your enquiry is received by the founders of Morton Mullaly Advisory. We do not sell your information or share it for other organisations' marketing.
We use trusted service providers to run this website and process enquiry form submissions. These include our website host and a form processing service (Formspree). They handle your information only to provide those services, and some of them may store information outside Australia. This website also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your device contacts Google's servers when you open a page.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not currently use advertising cookies or analytics tools. If that changes, we will update this policy.
How we look after it
We take reasonable steps to keep personal information secure and to delete it when we no longer need it.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Please contact us through the enquiry form on our website and we will respond within a reasonable time.
If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, tell us and we will try to resolve it. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
